Text Box: Software Install

While just about anybody can install software, there are many situations in which you may want your software installed for you.

Depending on the method of installation you choose, you may be omitting certain features and functions of your software.

There are a wide variety of software updates that are released in any given month.  These updates are for both the software and hardware installed on your PC.

Software installation can be a challenge in Windows XP and in Vista.  New User profile policies can cause some users to not have access to software you install and intend for them to have.

In client-server network environments software installation can be quite different than single PC installation.

For major, critical, Operating System and Office updates, we’ll notify you.

In certain situations, it may be more beneficial to not have certain updates installed.  In other situations, it may be beneficial to wrap all of the updates for a given time period into one Update Installation Service.  This popular service is offered on a cyclical basis, i.e. quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

Some software installations do not include all of the incremental upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. that have been released since the software application was initially released.  They are available at an additional charge.

Upgrade and Update services do not include the repair, installation or replacement of associated software.

In some corporate settings, software testing is performed before installation to ensure compatibility with existing applications and legacy files.
