Many a customer has brought in a PC that has one or more internal components blown because of simple precautionary measures that were not taken.
Electrical devices can carry strong current as well.
We change out modular components and do certain sub-assembly repairs on a regular basis and we’d be more than happy to repair, replace, or remove any of your PC Hardware.
Some hardware repair or replacement services do not include the repair, installation or replacement of associated software. |

Did You Know: · Touching the metallic part of a USB drive can shock it, possibly destroying all of your data ? · If you are a DIY-er, unplug your PC from the wall prior to opening. · Always use an anti-static device. · Store floppies and USB drives away from magnetic fields emitted by devices such as older telephones, fans and tube-type monitors. |

Do not bring: keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer, power cord, printer cable, software, cds, USB drives, external devices
UNLESS
One of these items is failing. One of these items needs to be tested. We request you bring one of these items. |

How To Bring |
|
Do not:
Travel with a laptop on the car seat. Travel with a tower on the car seat. Travel with a printer on the car seat.
Put all items on the floor, or lay them down in the trunk.
Towers travel securely on the floor between the front and back seat.
WARNING:
Inkjet printers may leak when tilted. Place inkjet printers on floor, or in trunk on top of a plastic garbage bag or cardboard.
If it is raining, slip a plastic garbage bag over your equipment.
DO NOT STORE CPUs IN A CAR PARKED OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT, ESPECIALLY IN WINTER !!! |
